Hi-Bright is delighted to present a 5-Year Limited Warranty for its selected products. Kindly review the comprehensive warranty policy provided below.
5-Year Warranty: Hi-Bright offers a 5-Year Limited Warranty for specified products, ensuring their reliable performance throughout the product's life cycle. In the event that, according to Hi-Bright's assessment, a covered product fails to operate as intended during the warranty period, Hi-Bright Lighting will, at its discretion, undertake the repair or replacement of the product at no cost. This warranty is applicable only if the product has not undergone abuse, misuse, accidents, disasters, or unauthorized modifications or repairs not approved by Hi-Bright. Electrical connections must be completed by a licensed electrician.
5-Year Warranty Conditions: (The 5-year warranty is applicable when the product is used for an average of 6 hours per day.)
- This warranty is exclusively extended to retail customers.
- Proof of purchase must include the receipt with the date of purchase.
- Proof of installation must include the receipt with the date of installation, the electrical contractor's name, and license number.
Warranty Exclusions:
- Excludes Hi-Bright's liability for material shipping charges and any labor associated with the removal or reinstallation of the product.
- Void if the product is improperly installed, placed in an improper environment, overloaded, misused, opened, abused, altered, or not used under normal operating conditions or not in accordance with warning labels or installation instructions.
- No other implied warranties are applicable.
- Hi-Bright is not liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages.
Note: Hi-Bright reserves the right to make modifications or variations in design or construction to continually enhance our product selection. Hi-Bright shall not be liable for special or consequential damages or damages for loss of use arising directly or indirectly from any breach of this contract. In no event shall the liability of the company exceed Hi-Bright’s unit selling price of the product.
