Hi-Bright Limited Warranty
10-Year Limited Warranty
At Hi-Bright, we are committed to designing and manufacturing premium LED lighting products using high-quality components to ensure long-lasting performance and reliability.
We proudly offer a 10-Year Limited Warranty on all eligible Hi-Bright lighting products, giving our customers confidence in the quality and durability of every installation.
If, during the warranty period, a covered product is found by Hi-Bright to be defective due to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal operating conditions, Hi-Bright will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product at no charge.
This warranty applies only to products that have been properly installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with Hi-Bright's installation instructions and applicable electrical codes.
Products Covered
10-Year Limited Warranty
The 10-Year Limited Warranty applies to all Hi-Bright lighting fixtures designed for residential, commercial applications.
5-Year Limited Warranty
The 5-Year Limited Warranty applies to LED strip lighting products and related accessories, including but not limited to:
- LED Strip Lights
- LED Neon Flex
- LED Sheets
- LED Drivers
- Controllers
- Sensors
- Power Supplies
- Accessories
Warranty Period
The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase.
The warranty is based on normal commercial or residential use of up to 6 hours per day. Applications with longer daily operating hours may have a proportionally reduced warranty period.
Warranty Requirements
To obtain warranty service, the following documentation must be provided:
- Original proof of purchase showing the purchase date.
- Proof of installation, including:
- Installation date
- Electrical contractor's name
- Contractor's license number (where applicable)
Electrical products must be installed by a qualified licensed electrician and in accordance with all applicable local electrical codes.
Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
- Improper installation
- Incorrect wiring
- Misuse or abuse
- Physical damage
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Acts of nature, fire, flood, lightning, or other disasters
- Power surges or abnormal electrical conditions
- Products used outside their intended operating environment
- Damage caused by improper voltage or overloading
- Normal cosmetic wear
- Products installed contrary to Hi-Bright installation instructions
Labor & Shipping
This warranty covers the replacement product only.
It does not cover:
- Removal or reinstallation costs
- Labor charges
- Shipping or freight charges
- Equipment rental
- Project delays
- Any indirect costs associated with replacement
Limitation of Liability
Hi-Bright's maximum liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the defective product.
Hi-Bright shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of use.
Product Improvements
Hi-Bright continuously improves its products and reserves the right to modify product design, specifications, materials, and construction without prior notice. Replacement products may differ in appearance from the original product while maintaining equivalent or improved performance.
