The Hi-Bright 2″ Hump-Free Trimless LED Downlight is an architectural recessed lighting solution engineered to deliver a perfectly flat ceiling finish. Featuring a behind-drywall trim installation, the fixture eliminates visible edges or bumps after mud-in and finishing, resulting in a smooth, flush ceiling appearance ideal for modern, high-end spaces.
Available in 8W and 12W outputs, the downlight offers high-quality illumination with CRI >90, selectable 5CCT color temperatures (2700K–5000K), and beam angle options of 24° for focused accent lighting or 38° for general illumination. The fixture includes an integral driver housed in a connection box and is IC-rated and air-tight, allowing installation without a separate recessed housing.
For new construction applications, installation is simplified using the Hi-Bright universal rough-in plate, ensuring accurate positioning and consistent alignment. Constructed from die-cast aluminum for reliable thermal performance and long service life, the downlight is cETLus certified for insulated ceilings, indoor, and wet locations, making it suitable for both residential and commercial architectural projects.
